Frank Gaffney wasted no time in proclaiming victory at having the American Laws for American Courts (ALAC) Bill language adopted by the 2012 Republican National Committee.
This is a bill we have tried to pass in South Dakota for the past two sessions in the legislature. Earlier this year the language was added to the South Dakota GOP Platform.
I hope we can pass the bill next session and join the other states who have adopted this safeguard from anti-Constitutional foreign law. As legislators it is our duty to protect the Constitution and our individual rights. ALAC does just that.
